   The domain Michel MOREY-COFFINET was founded thanks to the twinning of the vineyards of the domain Marc MOREY and of the domain Fernand COFFINET.

                               

   The surface of the exploitation is 9 hectares ; the Chardonnay variety is planted on 5 ha and produces great white wines. The rest of the surface is planted in Pinot Noir variety and produces sweets an fruities red wines.

 

  The average production of the Domain is 55 000 bottles a year distributed on 14 different naming:

   The maturing of the wines of the domain is made in ideals conditions for the rest and the ageing : important humidity and temperature of 12°C constant all year long.             

                                                           

   It varie between 10 and 18 months, with 30 to 50 % of new oaks, depend of reserve andvintage. Any filtering is done to preserve the wines all their subtleties.
