The maturing of the wines of the domain is made in ideals conditions for the rest and the ageing : important humidity and temperature of 12°C constant all year long. It varie between 10 and 18 months, with 30 to 50 % of new oaks, depend of reserve andvintage. Any filtering is done to preserve the wines all their subtleties. |
