The grape harvest in the Domain Morey-Coffinet being exclusively manual, 30 grape-pickers are necessary for the harvest in September. They are fed and accommodated during a week and represent a majority of young students supervised by one "accustomed".
  The end of the grape harvest is called " Paulée " and gives place to some merry excesses.

      In October 2002,Thibault Morey has recieved in the cellar of the Domain the Association of the Young Wine-growers of Chassagne. This reception was consecrated to the tasting and the notation of the white wines of Chassagne for the vintage 2000 and 2001. A nice professional meeting, informative and convivial, which enables the "new generation" to talk about their profession and to know of the wines from all the wine-growers of Chassagne.

      St Vincent, the patron saint of the wine growers, is celebrated on January 22. According to the tradition, every year, a wine grower of the village welcomes and keeps until the next year the statue of the Saint. A mass is celebrated in its honor, followed by an aperitif at the wine grower recipient and the Banquet of the wine growers washed down with Chassagne Montrachet's best wines.
  It is in 1998 when the Domain Morey-Coffinet received St Vincent's statue.
